"Took a while to get a clear answer"
I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, but it took a bit to hear back and the replies were sort of all over the place. It felt like maybe they skimmed what I wrote instead of really reading it. Overall, not the best experience for me when it came to communication.

I asked for a refund the whole thing was way more of a headache than it needed to be. It’s not even about the money at this point, it was the slow replies and feeling like I had to keep following up just to get a clear answer. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience ever, but it left a bad enough impression that I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"I really wanted this to work, but..."
I really wanted this to work, but I didn’t lose any weight at all. I was charged for it and followed along expecting some kind of change, but there’s been no real update to share because it just didn’t do anything for me.

"Not really what I expected from the challenge"
I went into this challenge expecting something a bit more organized and helpful, but it didn’t feel set up that way. From the start, it felt rushed and kind of scattered, so I spent more time trying to keep up than actually getting anything useful out of it.

The daily tasks started to feel repetitive quickly, and there were a few parts where I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do. I thought there would be more guidance or explanation along the way, but it mostly felt like check-ins, rules, and reminders without much real support.

I’m sure this format probably works for some people, especially if they like a stricter setup, but it wasn’t a good fit for me. Based on what I expected, it ended up feeling more stressful than motivating, and I stopped before finishing.

"Meal plan wasn’t really doable for my week"
I can see how this meal plan might work for someone who has more time to cook and doesn’t mind buying a lot of different ingredients, so I don’t want to say it’s bad overall. But for my normal week, it just wasn’t realistic. The recipes looked decent at first, but the prep took way longer than I expected and some meals ended up feeling expensive. I was hoping for something simple that I could actually stick with, and this just didn’t fit my routine.

"Coach support was okay overall"
My coach was nice and helpful when they got back to me, but sometimes the replies came late. Not a huge deal, just a bit annoying at times tbh.

"Good meals, but I wish there were more choices"
Some of the meals are actually tasty, and I’ve found a few I’d definitely order again. But after a few weeks, it started to feel like I was seeing the same kinds of options over and over. Maybe it’s just me getting picky, or maybe I was in the mood for something totally different, but I do wish there was a bit more variety to keep things interesting.

The app just wasn’t reliable in my experience. Some days it wouldn’t load at all, and other times the portal would freeze or kick me out right when I was trying to check things. I kept having to refresh and log back in, which got old fast. Support replied, but their answers didn’t really solve the issue. I’m sure other customers would feel the same way, when you’re paying for something, you expect it to actually work.

I reached out about my order and it took way longer than expected to hear back. I don’t know, something just felt off, like nobody was really keeping an eye on the messages. It ended up being frustrating and not very helpful.

"I joined because I thought the group would..."
I joined because I thought the group would help keep me motivated and on track, but it was way quieter than I expected. When people asked questions, they barely got responses, and I never really felt like there was much support happening. It kind of gave me the feeling they were more focused on getting people to sign up and pay than actually building a helpful community. Definitely not what I thought I was getting.

"I thought the plan was easy to..."
I thought the plan was easy to get into at first, i appreciated that it didn’t make me feel like I had to figure everything out on my own. Most days had clear steps, which helped a lot, especially when I was trying to just follow along and not overthink it.

That said, there were definitely days where it felt harder to keep up, like if work ran late or I had a bunch of stuff going on, and then suddenly I’m off track and trying to catch up. It’s not a bad plan at all, I just wish it had a little more wiggle room for real-life busy days.

"I felt like I paid way..."
I felt like I paid way too much for what I got. The stuff was okay, but not nearly good enough to justify the price. After I paid, I started feeling kind of unsure about the whole thing, like maybe I’d been talked into spending more than it was worth. Disappointing overall.

"Decent, but a bit tough if you're just starting out"
I tried this expecting something beginner-friendly, but a few of the workouts were harder than I thought they’d be. I could get through some parts, but there were definitely moments where I had to pause or modify things. It wasn’t bad overall, I just wouldn’t say it’s the best choice for someone who’s a total beginner.

"Canceling turned into a whole thing"
I just wanted to cancel and be done with it, but somehow it turned into this annoying loop where I kept clicking around, thinking I was almost there, and then nope, another step or another dead end. It felt way more complicated than it needed to be
